Hi E, so u shot mostly in 1080 60 frames for this video since we can’t do 4K 60. I have a basketball game coming up and wanted to do some slow downs but in 1080 60 frames I feel like I will loose

Try 60 fps and 1/60 or 120 fps and 1/120 shutter. Works much nicer!

Probably an eng lens would be better, there're a lot of ways to adapt them to the mirrorless cameras nowadays

Yeah, you get some really great shots from the field, but unfortunately, I would get too many complaints from missing plays or not being able to see them very well because there was 20 people in the shot. if I was filming for me personally, that's a different story, but unfortunately, I can't afford it at this time. Love your work, though!!

why cant RUclips just upload it at 120fps, and then you can watch it on 120hz display and have zero dropped frames?

No point using a gimbal if you’re not shooting wide and slowing it down. Just shoot wide and stabe/crop in post?

As a tool for analysis, great, see player positions game play etc, try watching a game as a spectator and unless the action is right in front of you forget it. I film and stream local games for a couple of clubs and they all bought one two years ago, I was told we won't be needing your services from now on, guess what I'm still there.

The difference between the DX(A6700) and the FX camera is the not only in the body, but also FX lenses are roughly doubled that of DX, and they are also bigger and heavier. For being unobtrusive is important.

A lens and sensor cleaning kit is a must. There's nothing like having dust on your sensor, and you didn't notice until later.

Hi E, great video , if I turn it off from Sony zve10 and my lenses also don’t have ibs, is there a difference if I were to stabilize inside of DaVinci instead of catalyst. Or it works best to stabilize in catalyst and then import media to DaVinci ?

I found one of these used for around 600$ usd on marketplace a few months ago and I jumped at it. I initially got it for a photography class at my university, but now that I have got into video, I’m super happy about its capabilities ESPECIALLY the 120fps at 1080p because I wasn’t even looking for that feature when I bought it. Now I’ve bought a nice Tamron 28-75mm 2.8 G2, the first gen Tamron 70-180m 2.8, a rode video mic, cage, side and top handle, and I have a v mount battery + external monitor on the way. Little worried about the overheating, especially since I will be shooting baseball, but still super happy with the investment so far.

Put it on high temp mode and boom problem solved
